The second Express Entry draw of the third week of February occurred and the IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada) invited 3,500 candidates from healthcare occupations to apply for Permanent Residency.

The minimum CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score in the latest draw was 422.

Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada created six categories targeting specific human capital attributes in May 2023, and one of those categories is for candidates with demonstrated experience in healthcare occupations.

Healthcare Express Entry draws are „category-based draws“. To be eligible for the health worker category, you need at least six months of full-time work experience in an eligible occupation within the past three years.
